  • Design and continuously improve recruiting procedures, including job application, interview, and onboarding processes, at an enterprise level.
  • Own the Talent Acquisition budget, including agency, sourcing, and technology spend, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Evaluate, select, and own the roadmap for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology, leveraging data analytics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain scalable pipelines of qualified candidates for high-volume field roles as well as specialized Support Center positions.
  • Build and report on enterprise recruiting metrics and dashboards, presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Implement and evolve sourcing strategies (e.g. social recruiting, Boolean searches, diversity sourcing) to strengthen the candidate pipeline.
  • Advise and coach hiring managers and field leaders on interviewing techniques and hiring best practices.
  • Monitor labor legislation across all states of operation, partnering with Legal and Compliance to mitigate risk and keep the organization ahead of regulatory change.
