Full Job Description
The Role

We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to partner with our Go-to-Market organization. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you will partner closely with the CRO and his leadership team to help shape how the GTM organization scales globally. You will report to the VP of Talent, as part of the Talent leadership team.

This will be a role that combines strategic leadership, operational excellence and hands-on execution. You will build and lead a global team of high-performing recruiters, while partnering closely with key leaders across the entire business to deliver results.

What You'll Do
  • GTM Talent Strategy: Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the global GTM organization, including Sales, Engagement and Legal Engineering. Shape the direction of how we hire and who we hire.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to the CRO and the global leadership team to align resources to our global hiring plan. Ensure regular reporting, market intelligence, compensation trends and organizational recommendations are delivered.
  • Team Leadership: Build a high-performing talent team to execute at pace, without sacrificing on quality. We're building a world-class team and expect you to set the example.
  • Define & Enable Operational Excellence: Serve as the point person on key TA programs, such as implementing structured interviewing frameworks, leading interviewer excellence programs and TA enablement initiatives.
  • Market Expansion: Act as the TA point of contact for our market expansion efforts. Own the outcomes of our global hiring roadmap, ensuring that we're executing in line with our ambitious plans.
  • Employer Branding: Partner closely with our Employer Branding team and GTM teams to ensure Legora is an employer of choice in each of our markets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with the people leadership team, people business partners, total rewards and finance to enable seamless headcount planning and delivery of our hiring demands.
