About the Opportunity:

Kelley Kronenberg is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function from our Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing the Firm’s talent acquisition strategy across all levels: from lateral partners, private-pay attorneys, and associates to director and C-suite roles. The Director will build and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, expand the Firm’s attorney roster, diversify its practice offerings, and serve as a key partner to Firm leadership on growth through recruiting.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Set and execute the Firm’s talent acquisition strategy, aligning recruitment across lateral partners, associates, and senior leadership with the Firm’s long-term growth objectives.
  • Build relationships across the legal community and professional associations to attract top attorneys, with a particular focus on private-pay attorneys and diversifying the Firm’s practice areas.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists responsible for staff-level recruiting.
  • Oversee the Firm’s Summer Associate Program and on-campus interviewing (OCI) process to build a strong pipeline of emerging legal talent.
  • Partner with the Firm’s DEI Committee, Marketing, and Business Development teams to source diverse talent and strengthen the Firm’s employer brand.
  • Maintain and optimize the Firm’s applicant tracking system and recruiting vendor relationships.
  • Use data and reporting to track recruiting metrics, refine hiring strategy, and keep Firm leadership informed of progress.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctorate strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years managing recruiting within a law firm or legal recruiting agency, with a focus on attorney hiring throughout Florida.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a talent acquisition team.
  • Proficiency with iCIMS or a comparable applicant tracking system.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage confidently with attorneys and executives at every level.
Why Kelley Kronenberg:

As Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll shape how Kelley Kronenberg grows — building relationships with the attorneys and leaders who join our Firm and the team that supports that effort. We offer a competitive salary with annual bonus opportunity, company-paid PPO health, dental, and vision coverage, generous PTO with floating holidays and a dedicated mental health day, a 401(k) with employer match, and a collaborative, inclusive culture that invests in its people.

If you’re ready to lead talent strategy for a growing, forward-thinking law firm, we encourage you to apply.
