Summary:
Provides leadership and support through strategy, execution, and delivery of the recruitment planning process. Creates and implements sourcing and selection strategies in delivering top talent through streamlined processes. Coordinates onboarding process and initial orientation schedules. Maintains and oversees vendor relations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.
  • Master's degree in human resources, Business or related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a high-volume healthcare full-cycle recruitment environment with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in computer and Applicant Tracking System management.
  • Experience with Infor, Phenom and Rogue Hire strongly preferred.
  • Must have general understanding of HR operations to include Employee Lifecycle, Workforce Planning and Total Rewards.


Certifications:

  • Human Resources Certification preferred.

Special Training:

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and project management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities and develop constructive relationships with internal and external clients.
