This role requires a leader who can think strategically while also driving operational execution across a fast-moving environment.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll partner closely with the CFO on forecasting and financial planning, the Head of Digital & Technology on eCommerce fulfillment and systems, and the Sr. Product Developer on FFFormulations launches and future product expansion.

- Inventory health: turns, working capital efficiency, write-off discipline
- Team leadership: lead a current team of two (Supply Chain Manager + Associate) and build out planning, fulfilment, and brand partner ops as we scale
- Operational governance: install S&OP cadence, run weekly tactical / monthly category / quarterly strategic reviews
- Budget ownership: own the operations budget, COGS and margin, manage cost-to-serve
