This position is ideal for a seasoned leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution-guiding multiple engineering teams while helping evolve development practices, including the thoughtful adoption of AI and emerging technologies. You'll collaborate with other engineering leaders to drive delivery, strengthen team capabilities, and continuously improve how software is built across the organization.
What You'll Do:- Lead delivery across multiple engineering teams, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality outcomes
- Partner closely with other engineering leaders to align priorities and drive shared goals
- Mentor and develop engineering managers and team members, strengthening overall team capability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational needs
- Advance modern development practices, including CI/CD, testing, and observability
- Support and guide the responsible use of AI tools across the software development lifecycle
- Contribute to planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement efforts across teams
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of progressive experience in software development and engineering leadership
- Proven success leading multiple teams and delivering complex, enterprise-level software solutions
- Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, security, and code quality
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a clear perspective on their effective use
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business impact
