-What You'll Bring:Qualifications of a Director of Social Services:- Master's degree in social work or related field
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
- Minimum of 4 years in social services, with at least 2 of those years in a leadership role in a long-term care setting
- Strong understanding of the aging process, psychosocial needs of the elderly, and the impact of chronic illness
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and build positive relationships with residents and their families
