As a Director of Sales – Individual Insuranc, you will play a key role in promoting iA Life Insurance products and services through the Brokerage Network, while building and strengthening business relationships with Independent Financial Advisors, MGA administration teams, and advisor office staff to support business growth and client success.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Director of Sales – Individual Insurance, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Deliver training to advisors on iA life insurance products, sales concepts and illustration software, as well as the completion of all applications/forms.
  • Developing a Marketing Plan for their regions particularly for the delivery of product and software knowledge to advisors.
  • Solicit new business and re-establish contact with advisors.
  • Maintain regular contact with top, past and future Advisors.
  • Creating and revising presentations using Power Point software.
  • Responding to inquiries through telephone, email, written correspondence, or in person, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attendance at planned conferences, road shows, presentations, and organized events for supporters during evening and weekend hours, as required.
