Full Job Description
EvenUp is hiring a Director of Revenue Systems to own and scale the technology foundation behind our Go-to-Market organization. In this role, you'll lead our Salesforce and broader GTM systems ecosystem, treating our internal platforms like products that enable Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to operate more efficiently. You'll partner cross-functionally to define strategy, build scalable architecture, evaluate emerging technologies including AI-powered solutions, and create workflows that unlock better decision-making and productivity across the business. This is a unique opportunity for a systems leader who thrives at the intersection of product thinking, technical strategy, and business operations.

What you'll do
  • Own the strategy, architecture, and execution of our Salesforce platform and broader Revenue Systems ecosystem.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers while raising the technical and operational maturity of the function.
  • Treat Salesforce as an internal product by developing roadmaps, prioritizing competing requests, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver the highest-impact work.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Design systems with long-term scalability in mind, proactively accounting for edge cases and reducing downstream operational overhead and data hygiene issues.
  • Evaluate when to build within Salesforce versus leveraging third-party or AI-native tools that integrate with the platform.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and resource allocation across the Revenue Systems team.
  • Establish thoughtful governance around system architecture, automation, and data quality.
  • Improve the reliability, usability, and performance of our GTM systems while minimizing technical debt.
  • Own the Revenue Systems technology stack, including Salesforce and supporting GTM applications.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into system health, adoption, and operational performance.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to enable forecasting, territory management, reporting, and operational initiatives through scalable system design.

What we're looking for
  • 8+ years of experience leading Salesforce or Revenue Systems teams in high-growth SaaS organizations.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise, including hands-on experience designing complex Salesforce solutions and a strong understanding of Apex, automation, and platform architecture.
  • Experience managing Salesforce developers or systems engineers while driving technical execution.
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to prioritize competing requests, develop roadmaps, and balance short-term business needs with long-term platform health.
  • Excellent systems design skills with a demonstrated ability to build scalable, maintainable solutions that account for both common workflows and edge cases.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment.
  • Strong judgment around when to build custom functionality versus leveraging third-party technologies.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and experience evaluating how AI can improve internal operations and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, from defining platform direction to diving into technical implementation details when needed.

Nice to have
  • Experience evaluating or implementing AI-powered workflow automation tools.
  • Experience supporting rapidly scaling B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, RevOps tooling, or modern GTM technology stacks.

Benefits & Perks:

As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:
  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.
  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.

  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.
  • A home office stipend.
  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.

  • A local in-person meet-up program.
