Monitor distribution channels regularly for rate parity, positioning accuracy, availability, and competitor pricing behavior
Develop the annual room revenue budget and monthly reforecasts in partnership with the General Manager and VP of Commercial Strategy
Prepare clear and timely reports, forecasts, and presentations for ownership, corporate leadership, and property leadership
Own pricing, segmentation, channel, and inventory strategy across transient, group, and contract business
Identify total revenue opportunities across rooms, Beach Club, Golf, and ancillary operations to maximize overall asset profitability
Lead the weekly revenue strategy meeting and provide data-driven recommendations on rates, group displacement, restrictions, and channel mix

Serve as the property's in-house revenue management expert, building long-term knowledge of The Seagate market, guest base, demand patterns, and revenue opportunities
Stay current on revenue management systems, tools, distribution trends, and industry best practices through ongoing professional development
Perform additional duties and analysis as assigned by leadership
