Director of Revenue CycleWe are seeking a strategic, results-driven
Director of Revenue Cycle to lead and optimize the full revenue cycle across our organization. This role oversees end-to-end revenue operations, drives financial performance through data-driven insights, and partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen reimbursement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Director of Revenue Cycle Responsibilities- Lead and optimize the entire revenue cycle, including AR, billing, collections, and payer performance
- Develop and execute an annual revenue cycle plan aligned with organizational financial goals
- Analyze KPIs, prepare executive-level reporting, and present performance insights to leadership
- Partner on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning
- Manage payer relationships, contract performance, underpayment trends, and denial strategies
- Drive responses to payer policy changes and support data-driven contract renegotiations
- Ensure compliance with CMS, OIG, state regulations, and payer requirements
- Lead revenue cycle technology strategy, automation, and system optimization
- Directly manage and develop the Business Office team, fostering accountability and a positive culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, IT, Quality, and Finance teams
Director of Revenue Cycle Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (related Master's degree strongly preferred)
- 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience (ambulatory or multispecialty preferred)
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Deep knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, RVUs, and payer reimbursement policies
- Strong experience with EMR/EPM systems (NextGen experience a plus)
- Proven ability to analyze data, lead change, and improve financial performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Schedule:- Minimum in-office hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
