As a Director of Restaurants, you're not just leading operations across multiple hotel dining outlets - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Ensure seamless operations: Plan and direct all aspects of restaurant operations - including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, product quality, cost controls, and policy implementation - ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability targets
  • Shape guest satisfaction strategies: Define and implement innovative guest service standards and initiatives, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving solutions to enhance the guest experience
  • Drive outlet performance: Provide leadership support to outlet managers to ensure high-quality standards are met across all food and beverage service areas, supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvements
  • Maximize revenue opportunities: Develop and implement strategies to promote restaurant food, beverages, and services in alignment with food & beverage marketing programs
  • Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
  • Ensure regulatory excellence: Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
