Teachers work closely with partner teachers, instructional aides, resource staff, and school leadership to ensure every student reaches his or her God-given potential.

Position Summary
The Director of the Resource Program is an experienced educator with expertise in learning support who provides instructional leadership for the school's Resource Program. Reporting to the Dean of Academics, the Director partners with classroom teachers, parents, administrators, and outside specialists to coordinate services for students with diagnosed learning differences, leads the Student Support Team process, and supervises two Resource Teachers.
This role is ideal for an experienced resource teacher or learning support professional who enjoys working directly with students while mentoring colleagues and coordinating learning support services across grade levels.

Compensation for this position follows the Archdiocese of San Francisco 2026-2027 Instructional Staff Salary Schedule, with placement based on credentials, applicable years of experience, and assigned responsibilities. Anticipated salary range is $70,000-$95,000 annually.
In addition to salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive Archdiocesan benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, an employer-funded pension plan, employer-paid life insurance, long-term disability coverage, an optional 403(b) retirement savings plan, flexible spending accounts, paid sick leave, and school holidays and breaks.
The estimated total value of compensation, including salary and employer-paid benefits, ranges from approximately $82,000 to $113,000+ annually, depending on salary placement and selected health plan.
