Director of Residential ServicesAdult Clinical Community Services (ACCS)$90K-$92K Annual SalaryWhat You Do:The Director of ACCS Residential Services will provide direct supervision and oversight of all residential services in the ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Services) GLEs. This will include overseeing the treatment and clinical documentation in compliance with the Department of Mental Health Rehab Option standards.
Who You Are:- A master's degree with independent licensure (LICSW, LCSW or LMHC), or license eligible
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience of at least 3 years is required.
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and partner with senior leadership.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of evidenced-based practices and modalities in mental health treatment.
- Must possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must have a commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed care.
