Full Job Description
The Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) at the University of Pittsburgh is looking for a Director of Research Operations. This researcher will be responsible for:

- Showing representation at scientific meetings: Formally representing the team at various scientific conferences and professional gatherings.
- Collaborative Initiatives: Engaging directly on strategic initiatives within the Precision Medicine, International Initiatives, Primary Care, and Precision Community Engagement teams.
- Grant and Manuscript Development: Leading/co-leading grant writing for upcoming projects, such as the R01.
- Project Oversight/leadership: Managing the design and implementation of research projects and oversee diverse teams of students and staff.

There will be potential for patient/participant exposure with the need to work in multiple settings including clinical and research spaces. Candidate must be able to complete all CITI modules and obtain relevant access as needed for credentialling in the UPMC electronic health record.
