Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)
Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | 4062 Arleta Ave NE Keizer, OR 97303

Salary:
  • Starting Salary: $77,000-$135,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee daily operations of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams
  • Lead staffing efforts and manage clinical services
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
  • Support patient care and program goals
  • Provide hands-on therapy services within your licensed discipline as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • Active state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
  • Prior leadership or management experience in a therapy department preferred
  • A passion for mentoring clinicians and driving positive patient outcomes
