You'll bring the team, treatment plans, and daily operations together to support consistent care for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
What You'll Do- Direct day-to-day rehab services across PT, OT, and SLP
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, and caseloads
- Mentor clinicians and help maintain strong documentation and care standards
- Work with facility leadership and nursing to address resident needs
- Support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and applicable regulations

Qualifications- Active Massachusetts license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
