  • Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategies
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with PTAs, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys providing individualized care and helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence.
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care
