Director of Referral and Assessment –

Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility

Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (with on-call responsibilities)

What You’ll Do

As the Director of Referral and Assessment, you will lead the admissions and assessment process, ensuring every individual receives compassionate and professional guidance at the very start of their recovery journey. You will:

  • Oversee the referral, intake, and assessment functions of the facility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and community partners.

What We’re Looking For
