Schedule: Full Time – Salaried Exempt – Weekdays Only
Location: This is an in-person position located at Fauquier Hospital.
Salary Range: $120,000-$163,000 annually

A Quality Director who excels in this role:
- Is responsible for oversight of all quality and process improvement initiatives to include monitoring quality metrics at unit level.
- Oversees regulatory readiness through assessment and implementation of quality measures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Evaluates and identifies opportunities for process improvement in patient care to provide superior quality outcomes. Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

What we’re looking for - position specific
Applicants should have a current Virginia state or compact state RN license (for compact licensure, Virginia licensure must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 7 days of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or Healthcare Administration is required.
- Must have at least 5 years experience in Acute Care setting. At least 1 year of leadership experience, and at least 1 year of project management/quality improvement experience.
