Job Description: - Leads the development and implementation of Provider Compensation philosophy, guiding principles, citizenship metrics, and quality metrics.
- Collaborates with executive management and legal counsel on interpreting existing compensation plans.
- Serves as the industry expert, staying updated on changes in the provider compensation marketplace and proposing necessary adjustments.
- Designs standardized approaches for Provider Compensation methodology for both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Develops and supervises physician compensation models, including planning acquisitions and service line development.
- Conducts annual analytical reviews of each employed provider's pay structure to ensure fair market value.
- Identifies opportunities to standardize and improve the accuracy of physician compensation metrics and calculations.
- Analyzes provider compensation calculations and the impact of potential performance target achievements.
- Identifies areas of potential risk and low performance, coordinating action plans with leadership.
