Main purpose of the Director of Project Management position: Lead special projects under the Creative Operations team, defining and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives ensuring successful execution and completion.
Major Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Strategically develop and manage project plans, budget, scope and resources.
- Lead and manage project teams, both internal and external partners.
- Identify and manage risks associated with the project; provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Create and manage project budgets.
- Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure they're in compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, project management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated history of leading teams and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $125,000 to $150,000
