Be our next Director of Program Management for our Florida offices. The projects are expected to be mostly in Florida, but also other major airports around the Eastern United States.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Overall management of tasks performed under project contract and primary point-of-contact for all contractual issues.
• Will direct and manage a multi-discipline team.
• Will be charged with planning, budgeting, construction documents and construction administration.
• Ensures that quality work is completed on schedule and within budget
• Identify, research, and qualify RFP/ RFQ's and upcoming projects
• Serve as strategic partner with firm Directors and project teams to coordinate, create and
• Initiate and maintain client contact.
• Identify and participate in conferences and speaking engagements.
• Assist with presentation materials for speaking engagements.
• Create and assemble brochures, presentations and proposals as needed in coordination with the marketing and business development group.
• Meets on a regular basis with Practice Area leaders.

What your experience looks like

• BS in Architecture or Engineering
• Licensed Architect or Engineer
• 15+ years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience with transportation and/or aviation related projects
• Solid client relations and business development experience (preferred)
• Proven Project Manager
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, MSProject and InDesign. Photoshop & Illustrator a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the regional market, drivers and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write persuasively.
• Experience with governmental forms required for proposal submissions.
• Must display strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in accomplishing the firm's internal and external marketing objectives.
• Must be a strategic thinker.
• Must have the ability to travel 20% of the time.
