Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Serve as a strategic partner by maintaining client contact and collaborating with firm directors and project teams.
  • Represent the firm at conferences and speaking engagements while preparing presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with marketing and business development to create brochures, presentations, and proposals.

Be our next Director of Program Management for our Florida offices. The projects are expected to be mostly in Florida, but also other major airports around the Eastern United States.

What a day at EXP has in store for you
  • Overall management of tasks performed under project contract and primary point-of-contact for all contractual issues.
  • Will direct and manage a multi-discipline team.
  • Will be charged with planning, budgeting, construction documents and construction administration.

What your experience looks like
  • BS in Architecture or Engineering
  • Licensed Architect or Engineer
  • 15+ years of experience.
  • 10+ years of experience with transportation and/or aviation related projects
  • Solid client relations and business development experience (preferred)
  • Proven Project Manager
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, MSProject and InDesign. Photoshop & Illustrator a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the regional market, drivers and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write persuasively.
  • Experience with governmental forms required for proposal submissions.
  • Must display strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in accomplishing the firm's internal and external marketing objectives.
  • Must be a strategic thinker.
  • Must have the ability to travel 20% of the time.
