Job Summary

We are seeking a high-impact Director of Product Management to spearhead our most critical business transformations. You will be responsible for maturing our Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine, driving a high-velocity upsell motion, and executing a risk assessment-led sales strategy. This role is designed for a leader who excels at connecting technical product roadmaps to commercial outcomes, ensuring every feature serves an end-to-end use case that accelerates revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who bridges the gap between product capabilities and the field, turning product capabilities into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Risk-assessment Led Sales Motions: Architect the product journey for a risk assessment-led sales motion, building features that allow customers to identify gaps and vulnerabilities as a primary driver for product adoption and expansion.
  • Scale PLG & Upsell Frameworks: Design and optimize frictionless Product-Led Growth funnels that facilitate self-service discovery and create automated, data-driven upsell paths across the product portfolio.
  • GTM & PMM Strategic Partnership: Work in lockstep with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product Marketing (PMM) to develop high-conversion sales plays, pricing strategies, and launch plans that ensure new capabilities translate into quantifiable business value.
  • Orchestrate End-to-End Use Cases: Ensure all transformational initiatives are grounded in seamless, end-to-end user journeys that solve specific customer pain points while maximizing lifetime value (LTV).
  • Drive Measurable Growth: Define and take accountability for North Star metrics, including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion ARR, and PLG conversion velocity.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • BS/MS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
  • 8+ years of PM experience, with a proven track record of managing high-stakes initiatives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.
  • Deep experience building and scaling PLG motions, including in-app onboarding, self-service expansion, and usage-based growth levers.
  • Proven ability to take high-level transformational goals and decompose them into actionable, high-impact product requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong background partnering with Sales and Marketing to enable field teams and align product roadmaps with market demand.
  • Ability to link technical milestones to financial outcomes; you speak the language of CAC, LTV, and NRR fluently.
  • Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present data-driven insights to executive leadership.
