  • Deliver Autonomous Data Operations: Own the development of an intelligent control plane and data intelligence layer that transforms signals (e.g., classification, sensitivity, compliance posture) into automated lifecycle, protection, and AI-readiness decisions across hybrid environments.
  • Drive Cross-Functional & Ecosystem Alignment: Partner directly with engineering, security, and cloud platform teams to build scalable capabilities, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and alliances to deliver powerful narrative frameworks, reference architectures, and field enablement playbooks.
  • Accelerate Strategic Customer Outcomes: Work hands-on with strategic enterprise customers to eliminate adoption barriers, design scalable implementation patterns, and measure platform KPIs such as policy usage, data estate coverage, and minimized time-to-value.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Platform Product Leadership: Demonstrated expertise leading product strategy for complex, large-scale enterprise platforms, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or data management ecosystems, with a proven ability to design abstract service layers, APIs, and policy-driven automation frameworks.
  • Data & Infrastructure Expertise: Deep technical fluency in enterprise data management challenges-specifically data governance, multi-cloud infrastructure, cyber resilience, metadata management, and building AI-ready data pipelines.
  • Strategic Execution & Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical dependencies into pragmatic roadmaps, influence executive stakeholders globally, and partner with go-to-market teams to translate sophisticated technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
  • Customer-Centric Vision: A track record of engaging directly with enterprise customers to co-create solutions, evaluate operational models, and drive measurable platform adoption and business outcomes rather than just feature delivery.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
