Salary: $80,000-$85,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Premium to lead all premium hospitality operations and create memorable experiences across suites, clubs, catering, and VIP spaces. The Director of Premium will be responsible for overseeing premium food and beverage operations, leading team members and managers, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service standards. This role requires a hands-on hospitality leader who can balance guest experience, team development, operational execution, and financial performance in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead premium hospitality operations, including suites, clubs, catering, VIP areas, and special events.
  • Ensure a high level of service and hospitality for guests, suite holders, partners, and clients.
  • Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop premium team members and leaders.
  • Partner with culinary, operations, sales, and venue leadership to execute events successfully.
  • Manage event planning, setup, execution, and post-event follow-up for premium areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor labor, inventory, product usage, and financial performance to support business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Levy standards, health and safety guidelines, alcohol service policies, and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, team engagement, and overall operations.
  • Support high-profile events, new initiatives, and special projects as needed.

Ideal Candidate
  • Leadership experience in premium hospitality, food and beverage, sports and entertainment, hotels, restaurants, or high-volume event operations.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Experience managing labor, inventory, financials, and operational performance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
