Partner with Wealth leadership and advisors to advance Advisor Growth & Development initiatives across the full advisor lifecycle. This role combines strategic consulting, coaching, training, and leadership influence to support advisor recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement, retention, succession planning, and business growth. Design and develop a Practice Management set of strategies that can be implemented across Truist Wealth and advisor groups. This will position Truist Wealth with industry leading programs and help create consistency across the business. The role also leads, mentors, and develops Practice Management Analysts as part of a structured talent and succession pipeline.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Partner with Division, Region, and Field Leadership to develop and execute advisor growth, development, engagement, retention, recruiting, and succession strategies aligned with business objectives.
2.    Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching and guidance on advisor talent management, onboarding, career development, performance enhancement, retention, and organizational priorities.
3.    Design, implement, and support advisor development initiatives that strengthen advisor effectiveness, business growth, practice management, client experience delivery, and long-term business sustainability.
4.    Lead advisor onboarding and transition efforts, ensuring successful integration, accelerated productivity, engagement, and support throughout key career milestones, including growth, succession, and retirement planning.
5.    Champion the adoption and effective use of firm technologies, planning tools, sales enablement resources, collaboration platforms, social media, and client engagement solutions to enhance advisor productivity and client outcomes.
6.    Analyze advisor performance, engagement, adoption, and development trends and recommend strategies, programs, and process improvements to drive growth, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
7.    Partner with recruiting teams and business leaders to support advisor recruiting efforts, candidate engagement, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning objectives.
8.    Develop, curate, and deliver learning programs and training solutions, including live and virtual sessions, workshops, leadership forums, and customized content tailored to advisor and market needs.
9.    Collaborate across Operations, Talent Development, Recruiting, and Field Leadership to align strategic priorities, execute business initiatives, and support local, regional, and national programs and events.
10.  Lead and develop Analyst talent through coaching, feedback, mentoring, and structured development opportunities while building a strong succession pipeline and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Required Qualifications:

1.    Minimum ten years of experience in Wealth Management
2.    Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business
3.    FINRA SIE, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24 licenses.
4.    Demonstrated presentation skills (public speaking and writing)
5.    Proficiency in Wealth Management sales and coaching techniques and CRM platforms
6.    Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office
7.    Strong Client Service and Consulting Skills 
8.    Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
9.    Proven ability to consult, coach, and lead through influence.
10.    Deep understanding of advisor development, wealth management practices, client engagement strategies, and business growth principles.
11.    Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.
12.    Strong planning, organizational, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1.    Master’s Degree in Finance or Business
