Director of Plant Operations Opportunity

Position: Full-Time

Shift: Daytime/Afternoon

Summary of the Director of Plant Operations:

The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for managing and organizing the operations of the facility including maintenance and grounds keeping while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies. As a member of senior management, the Director of Plant Operations ensures the development, implementation and evaluation of policies, programs and services consistent with the facility's goals and objectives, and actively participates in a leadership role by consulting with facility management in designing and providing total patient care and services.
