Pay Range: $125,012.48 - $162,516.22 per year
Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Qualifications:- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current New Jersey RN License
- At least 2 years acute care nursing experience or 2 years acute care nursing experience with previous management experience
Preferred:- Preferred Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or currently matriculating
Certifications and Licenses Required:- BLS Health Care provider through American Heart Association
- Additional certifications may be required as per the Administrative Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation "Certification" Policy
Scheduling Requirements:- Full Time Night Shift, 40 hours per week
Essential Functions:- Manages patient care delivery on an assigned shift.
- Ensure that Medical Surgical Unit is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Leadership skills; critical thinking, problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ambition and desire to positively impact patient care, patient experience and the overall success of the unit.
- Responsibilities include assisting the Director in managing the unit with staff schedules, evaluations, discipline & QI.
