The Director of Pharmacy will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising services in alignment with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
Primary Responsibilities: - Provides system-wide strategic leadership for pharmacy services across the hospital, clinics and care settings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Optimize and standardize medication use practices, including formulary management, clinical protocols, and medication safety programs
- Leads and develops pharmacy leadership teams, including hospital pharmacy directors and managers, ensuring consistency and accountability
- Ensures enterprise-wide regulatory and accreditation compliance, overseeing readiness for audits and inspections across all sites
- Oversees system-level financial performance, including contracting, purchasing strategies, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Collaborates with executive leadership, service lines, and external partners, supporting integrated care delivery and system priorities
- Drives innovation, scalability, and growth of pharmacy services, advancing technology, analytics, and new models of care across the health system

Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday 7:00am to 5:00pm and open on Holidays

Required Qualifications: - ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree
- Active applicable state Pharmacist license in good standing
- 3+ years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital setting
- 2+ years of pharmacy management experience working in an acute care hospital setting
Preferred Qualifications:- Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program
- PharmD
- 3+ years of pharmacy management experience working in an acute care hospital setting

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
