Director of Pharmacy - Berkeley, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $187,000-$210,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Position:
The Director of Pharmacy is a vital leadership role managing pharmacy operations across two California-based healthcare sites. This includes oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, supervision of pharmacy staff, and leadership of the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee. The Director serves as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and ensures regulatory compliance while advancing access to safe, effective, and affordable medication services.

Responsibilities:
