We9re looking for a Director of People Operations who loves creating scalable people programs to help a growing company thrive. This person will be a trusted partner to leaders across the business, balancing day-to-day people operations with strategic initiatives that support our team9s growth.
You9ll own the core People function, ensuring our employees have a seamless experience from onboarding through career development while helping managers navigate people-related challenges with confidence. What You9ll Be Up To...
Lead People Operations
3 Manage the day-to-day People Operations function, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
3 Own employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and documentation.
3 Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and processes as the company scales.
3 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
3 Lead compensation programs including salary reviews, benchmarking, job leveling, and compensation planning.
3 Manage employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits administration.
3 Oversee 401(k) administration, including employee communications, compliance requirements, and vendor relationships.
3 Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance concerns, team development, and organizational effectiveness.
3 Identify opportunities to strengthen employee engagement and retention.
