DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

INFINIUM has the need for a Director of People and Organizational Development to join our growing team. This on-site role, based in Strongsville, OH, reports directly to the VP of Strategic Growth and Organizational Development. This individual will build people systems, architect organizational capability, partner with leadership on talent and structure, and help create the infrastructure required to scale adjacent ventures and future growth platforms.

Role Purpose: To design, build and operationalize the people infrastructure required for Infinium to scale from a high-performing core business into a broader platform business while preserving the company's culture, speed and premium business standard across adjacent brands, products and platforms.

Mission: To build the leadership bench, organizational structures, talent systems, and management discipline required for adjacent ventures and future growth platforms to grow with clarity, accountability, and long-term sustainability and continuity.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's growth priorities, adjacent ventures, future platform opportunities, culture and operating standards.
• Once acclimated, to build the people infrastructure required to launch and scale adjacent brands, products, services and platforms.
• Design organizational structures, talent systems, management rhythms, and leadership- development approaches that support these opportunities from early-stage build-out through scale.
• Translate strategic direction into practical roadmaps around hiring, onboarding, performance management, org design and leadership capability.
• Partner with the Leadership Team to advance recommendations, implementation priorities, and approvals where appropriate.
• Help identify and strengthen the leaders required to support adjacent opportunities while working with the existing team to preserve the company's culture, speed and premium standard.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, organizational development, talent, people operations, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience helping scale companies, business units, or new ventures through meaningful growth and change.
• Proven ability to build or materially improve people systems, management processes, and organizational structures.
• Strong business judgment, executive presence, and communications skills, with the ability to partner credibly with leadership and move from strategy to implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, or a related field; advanced credentials are a plus.
