Director of Patient Services - Immediate Opportunity

Bronx, New York

The Director of Patient Services (DPS) is responsible for the overall clinical oversight, quality, and regulatory compliance of the Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). The DPS ensures delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations, clinical policies and procedures, and best practices. This role provides leadership to nursing staff, oversees clinical operations, monitors performance and quality outcomes, and partners with operational leadership to support census growth, patient/resident experience, and regulatory readiness. The DPS leads the clinical team with emphasis on patient-centered care, high quality patient care outcomes, exceptional experience while fostering a supportive and dignified environment.

Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required, Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in a home care, LHCSA, CHHA, or comparable healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of New York State Department of Health regulations governing Licensed Home Care Services Agencies.
  • Strong clinical judgment, regulatory compliance expertise, and quality oversight experience.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience supervising nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
