Job Summary

Reporting to the VP GTM Readiness, this role is responsible for leading a team responsible for designing, building and executing innovative enablement programs that provide Equinix partners with enablement across high-priority processes, tools, products and sales plays to support customer/partner engagements and increase field effectiveness.

This leader will also be responsible for developing proficiency frameworks and associated learning and enablement required to develop the skills, knowledge and acumen of key partner organization internal roles.

Responsibilities

Strategy
  • Lead a high performing team responsible for developing high-quality end-to-end enablement, training and certification programs to be consumed by external partner roles which encapsulate assets, communications, and learning interventions to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Own the end-to-end development of enablement programs to support all high priority operational excellence initiatives emanating from the Partner Experience program office as well as high-priority sales plays emanating from Product marketing
  • Collaborate with Enablement Business Partners to identify field enablement partner and channel priorities and ensure that the wider CRO org is enabled
  • Establish and develop proficiency frameworks for key partner and partner sales personas to invest in the continual development of skills, knowledge and acumen for those key roles


Prioritization, Content Relevance & Metrics
  • In partnership with the Enablement services leader, establish and lead a process for enablement intake that involves the Global Partner Experience team in order to best prioritize enablement resources and align to key business stakeholders
  • Create a strategy and cadence for assessing enablement program effectiveness based on metrics, user feedback, and Partner Experience insights and leverage these findings to continually refine and evolve enablement programs to drive maximum engagement
  • Programmatically provide GTM leaders & BU stakeholders with insight into program adoption and impact


Program Management
  • Ensure accountability across the team for the landing of key enablement programs in the field focused on the achievement of agreed business outcomes
  • Identifies which form of enablement best fits the desired objectives of a program including comms, enablement assets (one pagers, short form video, decks, playbooks etc) and learning interventions (live sessions, eLearning, in-person etc) and combines to create a full end-to-end enablement approach
  • Leverage metrics to identify trends, information gaps, adoption and areas for improvement


Leadership
  • Manage the teams' performance by motivating, engaging, and providing coaching
  • Challenge existing enablement processes based on best practice and trends to achieve best-in-class approach
  • Model the Equinix cultures and values, including transformational leadership behaviors


Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience
  • Extensive experience/10+ years in enablement
  • 5+ years' experience in a channel / partner development organization
  • Solid experience in transformational project management capabilities
  • Expertise implementing innovative Enablement programs and tools to deliver content aligned to target audiences and changing way learners consume information
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business and ensure program strategies are aligned to business needs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to quickly synthesize, interpret and simplify complex information
  • Adept at building and expanding business acumen, and coaching team accordingly, to drive audience relevant enablement that is impactful

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 166,000 - 248,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
