This position is fully onsite at the UCLA Westwood campus. Applicants for this position must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Position Summary

The Director of Operations will provide executive support, communications and PR support, financial management and reporting, and event coordination for the Faculty Director. You will lead and direct activities relating to the oversight and administrative workflow for the Faculty Director. As the Director of Operations, you will interact with high level campus constituents, including donors, campus administration, and the academic community with tact and diplomacy. You will build relationships to expand external partnerships and development opportunities, and will also manage the relationships with external partners, donors and grant agencies on behalf of the Faculty Director. A key component of the role will be to plan and coordinate events with partners ranging from meetings to academic conferences and colloquia domestically and abroad.

Qualifications
