Responsibilities- Lead multi state restaurant operations
- Develop and mentor District Managers and General Managers
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Monitor financial performance across multiple locations
- Ensure consistent guest experience and brand standards
- Travel regularly throughout assigned markets
Qualifications- Current Director of Operations or equivalent multi unit leadership experience
- Family dining restaurant experience is required
- Strong financial and operational background
- Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression
- Ability to travel extensively
Compensation & Benefits- $120,000 to $130,000 base salary
