Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across multiple locations or territories, ensuring seamless delivery of smart home products and services, including installation, maintenance, and customer support.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of store managers, sales staff, and technicians, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement regional sales plans to drive revenue growth, including setting quotas, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting smart home solutions like security systems, automation devices, and energy-saving technologies.
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service standards are met by monitoring customer feedback, resolving escalated issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance the homeowner experience.
• Training & Development: Coordinate with Directors and technical teams to provide ongoing training on smart home product features, installation best practices, and sales techniques to keep staff up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
• Financial Management: Monitor regional budgets, analyze performance metrics (e.g., sales, installation efficiency, customer retention), and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research and stay informed about regional smart home trends to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards related to smart home installations and customer data privacy.
• Partnership Building: Collaborate with local contractors, real estate firms, and other stakeholders to expand brand presence and generate leads in the residential market.
• Travel: Regularly visit sites within the region to assess performance, meet with teams, and engage with key customers (travel estimated at [10]% of the time).

Qualifications:

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in electronics, computer science, or related fields are a plus.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in multi-site managing and sales experience
