Job Description

The Director of Operations Support will be responsible for assisting in the overall management of operations, strategy, and project execution at Kent Homes. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong academic background in business and management. The Director of Operations Support will work closely with the senior management team to drive operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively.


  • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies that drive growth and profitability.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, finance, engineering and marketing, to align efforts towards achieving company objectives.


  • Analyze operational performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and cost reduction.


  • Help manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.


  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to business development initiatives.


  • Monitor compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.


  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing operational progress and key performance metrics.
