Qualifications

• Familiarity with production equipment and processes is essential.
• Strong financial documentation interpretation and analysis skills required.
• Experience in manufacturing planning is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cost management capabilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision making are vital.
• Proven record of increasing plant capacity and throughput is a must.
• Preferred knowledge of Heavy Equipment Systems and Lean methodology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment as part of the Safety Committee.
• Champion the implementation of lean manufacturing principles across operations.
• Provide input for strategic, operating, and capital expenditure plans.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Develop systems for cost-efficient manufacturing to maximize throughput.
• Collaborate with teams to execute a Master Build Schedule that meets customer demand.
• Manage manufacturing capacity and utilize external subcontracting as needed.
• Lead the design and implementation of material systems using pull signals.
• Improve plant-wide inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support new product development with a focus on cost-efficient manufacturing.
• Recruit and develop talent in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Oversee capital requirements for production operations and maximize asset utilization.
• Contribute to efficiency initiatives including product rationalization.
