DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Dallas, TX | Full-Time | Executive Leadership

What You'll Do As the Director of Operations, you are the engine behind our clinical execution and operational efficiency.

You will: Define, implement, and continuously improve operational protocols to elevate staff performance and daily workflow execution. Partner with HR to oversee the talent pipeline, interview and source qualified regional staff, manage employee onboarding, and spearhead robust retention strategies. Manage financial health by collaborating with finance to track monthly budgets, manage labor costs, and optimize overtime allocations. Drive accountability by tracking clinical productivity standards weekly, reviewing exam turnaround times (TAT), and executing performance evaluations. Champion client satisfaction by working closely with the CRM team, resolving customer service grievances, and ensuring seamless internal dispatch and quality control. Deliver consistent mentorship, coaching, and strategic guidance to territory managers and direct reports across all regions.

What You Bring Experience: 10+ years of operational experience, with at least 5+ years of proven management leadership inside a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree required (master's in healthcare operations preferred). Licensure/certification in Radiography or an RN field is a major plus.

Tech-Savvy Leadership: In-depth knowledge of data analysis software (such as Medi Matrix, Timeclock Employee, and Samsara GPS Fleet Tracking) along with CRM and MS Excel proficiency.

Execution & Grit: Supreme analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. You possess a high degree of initiative and the ability to act decisively under minimal supervision.

Communication Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal skills to act as the primary liaison between field staff, department managers, and executive leadership.
