What You’ll Be Doing:

· Lead the Charge: Oversee all trade activities and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, making sure we deliver on our promises to customers.

· Drive Success: Steer operational performance and ensure compliance, keeping everything on track and focused on excellence.

· Build a Winning Team: From hiring to training, you’ll lead the way in developing a high-performing team. You'll help them grow, succeed, and stay motivated to be the best!

· Hold the Team Accountable: Ensure that everyone follows company policies, procedures, and strives for continuous improvement.

· Tackle Customer Requests: Address and resolve customer concerns with a can-do attitude, ensuring their experience is always top-notch.

· Create a Safe & Efficient Environment: Establish and maintain a safe, effective, and well-organized work environment for all team members.

· Manage Dispatchers: Ensure smooth dispatch operations, keeping everything on schedule and ensuring no customer is left waiting.

· Handle the Numbers: Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and accurately.

· Manage Our Fleet: Keep our fleet in tip-top shape, ensuring that vehicles are maintained and ready to go whenever needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

· 3+ years of management experience in skilled trades, military, or a similar industry

· Residential HVAC experience 

· Exceptional business and operational acumen

· A positive attitude and excellent communication skills, ready to engage and motivate your team

· The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to meet and exceed company goals

· A visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

· A valid driver’s license (because we’re on the move!)

· Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
