Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional care to our residents
- Develop and implement nursing department policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and effective communication
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making recommendations for improvement
- Develop and manage the nursing department budget
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and professional nursing standards
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff development and retention
Requirements- 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a nursing setting
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care and staff management
