  • Partner with the interdisciplinary team to oversee resident care, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical outcomes.
  • Manage nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff to promote exceptional resident-centered care.

Pay: $130,000 to $150,000 based on experience

Your Mission:

As the Director of Nursing Services, you will provide clinical leadership that ensures exceptional resident care while creating a positive, supportive environment for your team.

You'll oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, mentor and develop nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident-centered care. Most importantly, you'll help cultivate a culture where residents receive compassionate, high-quality care and employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
