We're seeking a strong and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and ensure the highest standards of resident care. If you're a licensed RN with leadership experience and a passion for long-term care, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Duties:
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of the nursing department
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standards

Qualifications:
