Director of Nursing (RN)

Are you a Registered Nurse who is passionate about developing people, leading with purpose, and creating an exceptional experience for residents and team members? Brookestone View is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department and continue our tradition of providing exceptional care in a warm, resident-centered environment.

As the Director of Nursing, you will provide clinical leadership, mentor and develop nursing team members, ensure quality care, and help create a culture where both residents and team members thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing nursing team committed to exceptional resident care.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and all federal and state regulations.
  • Monitor clinical quality measures and promote continuous quality improvement.
  • Oversee accurate and timely EMR/EHR documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, department leaders, residents, and families to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and nursing resources to provide quality care.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, communication, and respect.
  • Participate in the facility's on-call rotation.
  • Promote Brookestone View's mission of providing dignity, compassion, and excellence in senior care.

What We're Looking For
