Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.
• Previous nursing leadership or department management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred.
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities
