Qualifications - Director of Nursing (DON):- Knowledge of legal regulations and healthcare best practices

- RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of Missouri
Duties and Responsibilities - Director of Nursing (DON):- Direct, oversee, and evaluate nursing personnel (RNs, LPNs, etc.)
- Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
- Develop and enforce policies for legal compliance and quality standards
- Control budgets and monitor expenditures
- Resolve issues and deficiencies as needed
- Manage record-keeping procedures
