Overview:

This role provides clinical leadership, staff development, regulatory oversight, and hands-on support to ensure residents receive safe, individualized, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and support the clinical care team while promoting accountability and professional growth.
  • Oversee resident care, medication management, documentation, and compliance with DHS 83 regulations.
  • Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident needs, safety, care delivery, and overall community standards.
  • Supervise and educate Clinical Care Assistants and medication-certified staff.
  • Review and manage physician orders, medication changes, hospital/ER follow-up, and resident care updates.
  • Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, ISP development, incident follow-up, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and outside healthcare partners.
  • Support regulatory compliance, infection control practices, audits, and state inspections.
  • Promote a compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered environment.


Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
