Director of Nursing (RN) will play a key role in enhancing the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality, resident-focused care in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Director of Nursing (RN) Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality patient care
- Develop, implement, and manage nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exceptional care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Develop and manage the nursing department budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sound financial decisions
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community to promote a positive and engaging experience
Director of Nursing (RN) Requirements:- Active & good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Experience in a similar role or related healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and regulations
- On-Call and other coverage shifts are required to support community
